I want to live at One West Broadway. What do I need to do now?

We're so excited that you've chosen One West Broadway as your new home. For your convenience, you can apply and complete all your lease paperwork online. We know you may have questions and we’re here to help! Take a look through our frequently asked questions or contact us with any additional questions you may have. 

How much is the security deposit?

​We ask our residents to provide a security deposit equal to one month’s rent and is due after both parties sign the lease.

Do I have to pay a move-in fee or application fee when I sign my lease?

Besides the security deposit, there is an application fee of $50.00 and is due after submitting an application. ​

What is included in the rent? What utilities are not included in the rent?

​We provide a wide variety of community and apartment amenities at no extra cost. Parking is not included in rent and is an additional $125.00 per month. You will also need to provide for the water, sewer, and trash aside from the rent. *Studios: $55, One-bedroom: $60, Two-bedroom: $70, and Three-bedroom $80.

Is there a late fee for overdue payments? Is there a grace period?

​If rent is not paid on or before the 2nd of the month, then an initial $50.00 late fee is added and $10.00 each day after.

Is my apartment furnished?

Our apartments are not already furnished, giving you space for your personal items and creative control over what your home looks like. ​

What kind of cable package comes with my apartment?

​All our apartments are cable and wifi ready, residents pay straight to the provider.

Is there public transportation nearby?

Yes! You can experience our prime location while also having quick access to public transportation. View our location today.

What is the parking situation?

​One West Broadway has its own secured covered and uncovered parking spaces. Covered is $125.00 and uncovered parking spaces are $80.00 per month.

Is there a washer/dryer in the apartment?

Yes, each apartment has its own washer and dryer set for your convenience. ​

Do you have a fitness center, and if so, how late is it open?

Yes, come work out with us! Our fitness center is by appointment only and is open 24/7. ​

What if I have a problem with an appliance or an emergency maintenance problem?

​For emergencies, call our 24/7 line and our on-call dispatch will send service immediately or hop online and submit a work order through the resident portal. We are always available for you.

Do you have a pet policy?

​Yes, pets are welcome! There is a non-refundable security deposit of $500.00, pet rent of $40.00 per month, and a 50-pound limit. Also, we include a pet relief area for you and your pet to enjoy.

What leasing options are available?

There are 6 - 12 months lease options available for residents. Take a look at our floor plans to choose the best layout fit for you.

Are corporate rentals available?

​Yes, call our office to inquiry more information on furnished or unfurnished rentals and rates.

Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?

​Yes, Luxer Lockers are in each building for package pick up.

Do you provide roommate services?

​No, however, we do have floor plans perfect for you and all your needs.

Does the community have bicycle racks?

​Yes, you can keep your bike safe at all times with our first-come-first-serve bicycle racks.

Do you have dry cleaning options?

​Yes, we offer dry cleaning services with Shaffer Dry Cleaning, free pick-up Mondays, and free drop-off Thursdays.
